Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep copper with rich amber highlights, revealing a beautiful concentration.

Nose: Expressive and generous, blending aromas of fresh and stewed fruits. Notes of exotic fruits intertwine with a light pastry and honeyed touch, the whole delicately supported by a well-integrated, harmonious wood character.

Palate: The attack is lively and fresh. The structure quickly reveals itself to be ample and powerful, carried by noble wood, cocoa, and roasted notes. As the palate evolves, it reveals an elegant return of exotic fruits on the back-palate.

Finish: Very long and lingering, marked by nuances of coffee and tiramisu that elegantly prolong the aromatic richness.

Serving Suggestions

Superb when paired with a creamy dessert, it is equally enjoyable on its own at the end of a meal, allowing its aromatic richness to fully express itself.
