About us
The Hontambère project is, above all, a wine estate. Acquired in 2008, the domaine was very different from what it is today. A complete renovation — from the vineyard to the buildings and installations — was undertaken over several years, ultimately giving birth to those iconic blue and gold bottles.

Authenticity & Traceability
Each Armagnac is kept in its original oak cask, preserving its unique character and authenticity. The name of the property, the year of production and the bottling date together guarantee a diversity that is truly unique in Armagnac.
No modification of colour or alcohol level, no addition of caramel, sugar or water, no filtration, no reduction. A noble product carrying over 700 years of history — natural, unadulterated, with its identity and authenticity carefully preserved.
