Tasting Note

Colour: Crystalline and clear, with a brilliant shine.

Nose: Very expressive and fresh. It opens with clean aromas of crisp apple, juicy pear and fresh banana, supported by delicate floral notes reminiscent of white flowers. A sensation of purity and elegance dominates the whole.

Palate: The attack is frank and generous. The texture is round, full and powerful, while maintaining a nice tension. The mid-palate reveals a precise fruitiness (apple, pear, banana) accompanied by a delicate floral framework.

Finish: Long and harmonious, leaves an impression of persistent freshness and mastered balance.
